VALLE DEL BELICE

A WONDERFUL PLACE FOR A DELICIOUS OLIVE OIL

Our olive groves are located in a delightful glimpse of countryside, situated exactly between Partanna and Castelvetrano-Selinunte, the heart territories for the growth of the finest type of extra-virgin oil, Nocellara del Belice.

Partanna is a pretty hill town, famous for its oil and prehistoric sites, with a medieval castle, the Grifeo’s, and a stunning baroque cathedral. Castelvetrano-Selinunte is well-known for the archeological remains of an ancient Greek settlement. Its temples almost seem to “fall into” the sea: their columns stand out among the light-blue of the sky, the green of the Mediterranean scrub and olive trees that crowd the archeological park, and the blue of waters that flow through the little seaside town on which the old Acropolis overlooks.

The vast countryside stretches to the gentle hills that invite guests to be lulled amidst olive groves and vineyards, captured by landscapes of rare beauty, between nature and history, and evocative perfumes.
